Road Transport
Our Road Transport services hub is located in Simões Filho, Bahia (CIA). We conduct over 2,000 trips per month, covering all regions of Brazil. Our fleet consists of over 100 vehicles of various types and sizes, including low bed trailers, bulk carriers, dump trucks, sider trucks, bi-trains, and road trains, among others. The average age of our fleet is 1.5 years. We utilize advanced tracking systems such as Autotrac Prime, Cobly, and SASSCAR Full Sat for vehicle tracking. We also have monitoring and Risk Management Program (PGR) by Buonny. Our company holds certifications for ISO standards, SASSMAQ, and OTM (Multimodal Transport Operator).

We have a team of engineers and logistics professionals with expertise to plan and execute complex Logistics Projects involving oversized or overweight cargo and other special characteristics. Intermarítima has over three decades of experience in project cargo and has successfully completed hundreds of challenging operations with technical precision, safety, and punctuality, meeting the demands of our clients.
The Distribution and Export Centers (CDEx) are strategically located in the CIA (Aratu Industrial Center), close to ports, airports, federal and state highways, and production and consumer hubs. Within a 30km radius, you will find the Port of Aratu, the Petrochemical Complex of Camaçari, and the city of Salvador. The BR 324 highway is less than 5 km away from the CDExs. These centers handle and distribute general cargo, chemicals and hazardous materials, refrigerated and frozen goods, as well as food products. Intermarítima's Distribution and Export Centers and Warehouses have vertical structures, WMS (SAGA WMS - Warehouse Management System), covered and leveled docks, offices for client use, and other structures to facilitate the flow of information and materials. They also provide visibility and inventory management for clients.

At the Port of Salvador, our Customs Terminals are located in the primary zone (Inter 1 and TPS). At Inter 1, we handle operations involving containers, general cargo, project/special cargoes, and bulk goods, where a wide variety of products are moved, such as grains, fertilizers, seeds, solar and wind energy equipment, oil & gas, minerals, steel industry, petrochemical, chemical, and retail goods, along a 1000-meter-long quay at the port. The Inter 1 unit has a robust CCTV system and also offers remote inspection, ensuring faster inspections of imported cargo. This unit has a total area of 20,000 square meters. The TPS, on the other hand, is currently under construction and is expected to start operations in the coming years.
